Ft Wilderness at xmas is always worth a walk through. ; There are some great campsites, campers, and busses done up in there. I'm not getting there until the 3rd, probably early in the afternoon...so I miss out on the night AK. ; Darn! ; I could probably drive up the night before, but I'd be sleeping in my car for the night in the Marketplace parking lot. ;

I got my email late last week. ; My new flight doesn't arrive at MCO until 3:30, so it will be a bit of a rush getting checked in at POP and over to AK for EEMH. ; This looks like a job for on-line checkin!
I was told by Airtran (this past time they changed the schedule) that they do not send out e-mail notices until everything about the new flight is finalized. ; If that happens to be a month or two later, that's when you receive the notice... not when they initially change it. ; So much for advanced notice.
It's not just the cheap ones. ; In Dec. 2007 Northwest changed my direct flights to connections. ; If that wasn't bad enough, the return trip via Detroit was canceled due to snow, so I had to spend an extra night in a hotel near the Orlando airport.
