well that is technically true, as most all delis and grills stop technical breakfast at 11:00, so the working man's standard, bacon, egg & cheese on a roll, pepper & ketchup with a side of home fries does have an official cutoff time
Breakfast for me is the first meal I eat after waking up - so breakfast can be anywhere from 8am to noon. No 11am cutoff for me. Fortunately there are some places that do 24 hour breakfast, so I can even get an omelette or pancakes. Cheddar cheese soup would be OK for breakfast...but beer? Ugh.
