Last night I made it through all my cropping/editing of DSLR photos, which were about 40% of my remaining batch...I haven't resized them for posting yet, but at least I feel I reached a partial milestone! ; Now, I still have to get through the mirrorless photos, about 60% left to go. ; Fortunately, many are JPGs and keepers, with no processing needed - but still have several hundred from the shows and such, which were the higher ISO ones that might need a little more processing or RAW conversion. ; I made it through the first 50 or so of the mirrorless shots, up to new Fantasyland. But every time I feel like I've got an insurmountable sorting and processing job ahead of me, I'm just going to think of Michael's total - and all my stress melts away! ;
Here are my totals. For my time with the Pixelmania Peeps: 2,950 pictures at 40.62 gb For my time after Pixelmania (Dec 10th to the 16th) 4,125 at 49.28 GB The grand total is 7,123 pictures at 89.9 gb for my 12 day trip. Perhaps we should all bow our heads in a moment of prayer for all the pixels sacrificed for this endeavor. ~Joanie
