Indeed it's a 9-stop ND. Annoyingly, I planned on doing more daytime long exposures on my January trip, hoping for cooler weather - I hate doing daytime long exposures when it's 100 degrees and in direct sun...since December was a bust with record high temps, I finally had the chance for some cool weather in January. First day I got there, it was 39 degrees at night, and the next 3 days were beautiful - highs in the mid-50s to low 60s...and I completely forgot about the ND filter. On the 4th day, I remembered and made sure I didn't forget it the next day. Well that next day, the cold front was over, temp was in the mid-80s, and after about 2 hours of shooting around a few long-exposure scenes I was sapped and sweating and ran for the AC and a drink. I really should have remembered sooner as the weather was perfect for hours standing with a tripod in the sun!
