    It was. ; On my cruise a few years back I went on the fishing excursion. ; We travelled by boat out around the seawall and the back side of the boat (what you cant see from the shore) is completely open. ; Similar to the Streets of America at DHS. ; Even then they said that they were having huge problems with rust.
