Frustrating night. ; Seems my lens is not talking to my camera except in Program mode. ; In all others (A, S or M), it will not close down the aperture and all shots are done wide open and I get a Err on the LCD. ; So, long night exposures were impossible last night. ; I think the Nikon 28-300VR might be headed in for some warranty work soon. The Montreal Canadiens are my favorite NHL team and their AHL affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs, were in town last week. ; Syracuse was a rude host beating them 5 to 1. ; I heard a lot about rookie goalie Cedrick Desjardins (30) and was looking forward to seeing him. ; However, even he could not make up for a defense which allowed over 40 shots.
