    The previous day it was in the 90's. A cold front came through and temps were in the low 60's when I took this. In April, that would have been warm!

    Dude I am digging the fireworks from outside the DHS gate. I will be there next week and will be sure to set up there one of the nights.

    That's not a moon or a space station.

    Dave (ExploringWDW) and I got Fastpass+ for IllumiNations in May 2014. We set up against the gift shop on the north side of the lagoon (mainly because all of the good spots up front were already taken). As you know, they dim the lights during the fireworks. All the lights, that is, except the one I was standing next to.

    John, think of it as a cautionary tale of what can happen when you use a wide-angle lens. ;)

    Very nice shot, Michael. I was afraid I'd get to see those fireworks, but my flight out of DCA was only delayed one hour on July 3. :)
