By the track lighting on the background, I'm guessing that it is in a store. Now to figure which one. And being "off-site" I'm guessing maybe somewhere in Downtown Disney. Probably Marketplace side. So based on the roof, I'll guess the kitchen store next to the Earl's in DtD.

I was thinking of not in the boat, but in the rooms with the fish and gators. The top of the boats are pretty flat I think.
