It's the store opposite Sir Mickey's (across the courtyard) that has the Cinderella fountain in front of it.
Oh, of course. I don't know why, but I don't really cross over by Cinderella's fountain often enough. Nope, it's not in his cottage, but it's the right park!
It could also be around the DVC booth in new fantasyland. There are some maps on the walls in there too...
Or above the the opening by the back elevators (the drop off by Simba's CubHouse)... There is an opening above the other floor's display of African art.
